Wow, I just realized how long it has been since I have written anything on my blog. Well, a lot has happened since August 6th, 2009. In October, my husband and I were blessed with good news that we were expecting a baby. At first, we were a little surprised but then realized we were part of a miracle. We assumed that since the last pregnancy was a tubal pregnancy, we were going to be unable to have children. We were good with that and were content with just loving other peoples children and our nieces and nephews. However, God had something else in store for us.

From the moment, we found out about the baby I have prayed that God would use this baby to bless those around us and be a light for Him. I don't think it is every to early to pray for our children. I am hoping for a girl so I can name here Lucille. Lucille means "giver of light" or simply"light". I think that would be awesome. As far as a boy goes, well let's just say we have no names picked out. I am sure if God gives us a boy he will put just the right name on our hearts.
