My husband and I went to see the movie "Courageous". It was a great movie. The movie is about how to be a great dad for your children with God's help. If you get a chance I highly recommend it. We have seen all of the movies created by Sherwood Baptist Church. They are all really great movies. Here is a list of their movies - Fly Wheel, Facing the Giants, Fireproof, and Courageous.

I want to thank Bill for being a great dad. He is doing a wonderful job with Lucy. I am so very thankful for the way he spends time with her. Thursday night is dad and Lucy night. Bill picks her up from choir practice and takes her home to spend time with her. I feel very blessed to have such a great husband.

I think being a dad is such a high calling and so many times men fail at the job because they do not have the support they need from their families. I pray that the movie "Courageous" will encourage men and families to step up to the plate and ask God to help them be the best dad (parents)for their children.
