Mother's Day was wonderful. First thing in the morning, I found a card from Lucy on her changing table. It had gift cards to Chili's and Starbucks. Then I found a card from Bill in the diaper bag. It had a Kohl's gift card. Bill, Lucy and I went to church and heard a wonderful message on how to love your Mother from Pastor Tony. I also received a rose from the Children's ministry at church. For lunch, we went to San Clemente for lunch at Avila's El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant (picture below). The restaurant gave all Mother's chocolate covered strawberries.

We also found time to go see a church member who is in the hospital. Bill was able to go up for a visit and pray with him.
